Terms and Conditions

If any damage occurs, the customer will bear all costs of repair. Any damages detected within 15 days after the booking period will be the customer's liability.

Please be careful during the monsoon season and avoid driving through excess water. The customer will be responsible for any flood-related damages and will be required to compensate for repairs.

Please check the fuel level before starting your trip and ensure you maintain at least the same amount of fuel that was provided at the start of your rental. Any extra fuel filled beyond the initial amount will not be compensated by the company.

The vehicle must be returned to the agreed-upon location at the end of the rental period.

Aadhar Card, Light Bill, Passport, Driving License, two blank cheques, and the mobile number of the person taking the vehicle must be provided.

No illegal activities including theft, transport of intoxicants, liquor consumption, or sale are permitted in the vehicle. The customer bears full responsibility for any illegal activities conducted using the vehicle.

The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date. For extensions, customers must inform the company at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp.

The vehicle may only be driven by the authorized person whose license has been provided to the company.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as documented during the initial inspection and videography.

Payment is to be made according to the pre-agreed kilometers. Any additional kilometers driven will be charged extra.

Car rentals fall under the Motor Vehicle Act Section 43 & 51.

Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Ahmedabad. Radhe Car Rental.

Please check all luggage before leaving the vehicle. The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

TV & DVD and other entertainment facilities may not work during the tour.

Customers cannot dispute these terms and conditions once the rental agreement is signed.

Please verify the starting and closing kilometers and time before and after your rental period.

We charge for a second day after 12:00 PM.

Alcohol and smoking materials are prohibited in the vehicle.

Advance deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The air conditioning system will not work when the vehicle is parked with the engine off.
